Alright so today I read an article which was around the subject of fruit and such like that. Haha. Weird right? Like I would read. Lolz. So yeah I dont know i thought it was pretty interesting so Id just share it with you guys let my info be yours, knowledge is power type of deal you know? Aha. Plus it was shit long so I could just summarize. Haha.
Alright so first, Its this doctor guy talking and hes like hey tell you what, I have this strategy to heal cancer which has about an 80% success rate. And im thinking WOW breakthrough much? We needa hop on this. So hes like tell you what it is. Its FRUIT. And im like, say whaat? Haha. So he's pretty much saying yeah they just get their fruits and their juices and bam! All good fruit diet it up. Way better than chemo right?
Alright so then it goes on and the next paragraph is a bunch of facts and such like that. First it goes on saying not only is it important to eat fruits but its just as important as to WHEN we should eat fruits. And it says that eating fruits shouldnt occur after meals, and should be eaten on an empty stomach. If it is eaten like that the fruit will greatly detoxify your system because it isn't stopped by any food and can go through your system nice and smooth. Otherwise it just goes bad in your stomach. And that is why sometimes fruits sometimes cause you stomach complications like aches and bloating and such. Neat stuff huh? hope your learning. Alright so more on it Tell you what actually it says Gray hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under your eyes can all be prevented by taking these fruits on an empty stomach regularly. Shoot I needa get right on this one, I'm getting grey hairs like crazy and id very much like it if i didnt go bald either. Lolz. Also said it will help you with weight loss too. Aha! another fact. Lol. So it says if you drink juice, fresh juice only! Aha. And dont cook your fruits either because in both cases you dont get all the nutrients that your fruit buddies have to offer. Though eating your whole fruit is better. :) So then it goes on more and says if you must drink juice slowly because it should mix with your saliva before swallowing it. Then it talks about going on a 3-day fruit fast to clean out your body and you'll be looking all radiant and such aha. ;)
Then now the next section give you a list of fruits and what it does so me, same format Aha :)
Kiwi: Good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E and Fiber. And twice the Fitamin C of an orange. Personally, Never had a real kiwi before. Haha.
Apple: Low in vitamin C but has crazy antioxidants and flavonoids which helps out w.e vitamin C it does have to beat the shit out of the things that can get you crazy stuff like heart attacks.
Strawberry: The Protection Fruit. This stuff is like your body guard gots your back all day. With its arsenal of antioxidants, the highest powered of all in the fruit realm. Lolz. Pretty much protects you from cancer causing and blood clogging things.
Orange: Nice stuff. Says taking 2 to 4 oranges a day helps keep colds, cholesterol, and kidney stones away. Haha. Good Job Orange guy.
Watermelon: Though composed of 92% water it brings along its homie glutathione, and tell you what, this buddy of his is packin some immune system boosters. As well as vitamin C and potassium.
Guava/Papaya: These guys got that Major C if you need it. Like super high off the charts C content in these bad boys/girls. This is also good for your eyes.
Alright and then the last section talks about other random things like... Whoa, Whats this?! Drinking Cold Water after a meal could cause Cancer?!?! Yeah its true its pretty crazy, its talking about how the cold drink after the meal solidifys the oil in the food you just consumed, in turn slowing down digestions, reacting with acids and eventually be absorbed by your intestine, creating a lining in your intestine and BAM! turn into fats that lead to cancer. So learn your lesson and drink warm stuff after the meal yo. Aha. So yeah sorry it was kinda pretty long, but all good I thought it was pretty cool and important worth writing about, had some good stuff in there so yeah, hope you learned something today. We can all go fruit diet it up and be like uhh... crazy healthy kids. Aha :)
